The standard sample is provided free by Hamida Traders; courier or freight is arranged at the buyer's cost.
Sampling is handled against a specific stock opportunity or sourcing discussion. It is not an automatic free-sample service, and a sample request does not reserve the full stock unless that is separately confirmed in the commercial arrangement.
The buyer should identify the relevant stock offer, product, style or requirement so Hamida Traders can determine what physical sample, if any, can represent the opportunity.
Sample availability depends on the actual stock location, quantity, assortment and whether removing or preparing a sample is practical. Warehouse-held and factory-held stock may require different coordination.
Normally, one representative piece is sent for physical quality review. Where useful and practically available, one or two color samples may be provided. In some cases one garment is sufficient and additional color or fabric swatches may be included so the buyer can compare available fabric colors without requiring a complete garment in every color.
The sample is connected to the relevant stock or offer. Depending on the garment and available assortment, Hamida Traders may send one representative garment, one or two garment colors, or one garment together with additional fabric/color swatches. Relevant size, color, label or packing details can be identified where applicable.
The standard sample itself is free, but courier/freight is the buyer's responsibility. The buyer may provide an available courier account for shipment, or the applicable courier cost can be arranged with the buyer before dispatch. Delivery time depends on the courier service and destination.
The buyer can assess relevant characteristics such as style, fabric feel, construction, workmanship, color, size, labels and packing details to the extent represented by the sample.
After reviewing the sample, the buyer can continue the commercial discussion, request clarification where necessary, or decide not to proceed. A sample approval does not itself create a completed order.

Check the supplied sample's style, size and color details while remembering that full-stock assortment must be confirmed separately.

Stocklot and excess garments can contain assortments across sizes, colors, packing or other characteristics. Buyers should use the sample together with the stock information and any agreed inspection process when making the final decision.
A physical sample is an important review tool, but full-stock quantity, assortment, condition and commercial availability remain subject to the information and confirmation for the actual stock lot.
For selected warehouse-held garments, sample identification and preparation may be more direct because the stock is physically held by Hamida Traders.
Where garments remain at a factory, sample availability and dispatch may require factory coordination and must follow the practical conditions of that stock opportunity.
For newly sourced stock opportunities, the sample process depends on the supplier, stock location and what can reasonably be made available for buyer review.
