The Hamida Traders Buyer Requirement Portal helps international garment buyers submit exact buying requirements, verify their email address and move through a separate admin-review process before relevant stock opportunities are communicated.
The portal is designed so that buyer requirements, verification and approval remain separate. A successful form submission or email OTP does not by itself make a buyer eligible for stock emails.
Start by choosing one or more relevant garment categories. Your selections define which product choices are presented in the next stage of the requirement portal.
For standard garment categories, select Summer, Winter or All where available, then choose the exact product types you buy. The selected items become the basis for future relevant stock matching.
Undergarments use a dedicated buyer-facing flow. Choose Mens Undergarments or Women Undergarments and then select the exact product types required. A buyer-facing season selection is not shown for this category.
Enter the requested buyer, company, contact, VAT and country information together with any important special buying requirements.
Public registration continues only when the applicable country availability and security validation requirements pass. Passing these checks does not approve the buyer.
After the required validation passes, the submitted buyer information and selected requirements are held in the pending registration flow while the email verification step is completed.
A six-digit verification code is used to confirm the buyer email address. Successful verification completes the email-verification stage and allows the verified buyer information and requirement set to continue into the permanent pending-approval process.
Email verification never automatically approves a buyer. The buyer remains pending while Hamida Traders reviews the registration and decides whether the account should be approved and activated.
Approval is a separate administrative decision. Buyer status and requirement eligibility are checked before relevant stock communication proceeds.
When Hamida Traders adds a real stock product, the matching process checks the buyer's active requirement data. Products outside the buyer's selected requirement types are not intended to be sent as matched stock offers.
Your selected categories and product types are used to keep stock matching focused. Unselected products should not be treated as matched opportunities for your profile.
A successful OTP confirms the email stage only. Admin approval and active status remain separate requirements before stock-email eligibility.
Buyer requirements may be maintained as structured, versioned information so the active requirement set can remain clear for future matching.
Undergarments follow the same exact-requirement principle while using an undergarment group instead of a buyer-facing season.
Existing standard garment categories continue to use their normal season structure. Undergarments use the dedicated paths below.
If a country is enabled for public registration, the buyer can continue through the normal validation, email verification and admin-review process when all security checks pass.

The purpose of the portal is not to create a public stock marketplace. It gives Hamida Traders structured buyer intent that can be used when relevant real stock opportunities become available.
Select only the garment products your company genuinely wants to receive opportunities for.
Provide an email address and business information that can be used for verification and future buyer communication.
Complete the email OTP stage and wait for the separate Hamida Traders admin-review decision.
